As we pause to celebrate Labor Day, the American Buckskin Registry Association (ABRA) proudly honors the dedication and hard work of our members across the country. Labor Day is more than a holiday, it’s a recognition of the effort, perseverance, and passion that keep communities strong.
For ABRA, that spirit is seen every day in the equine world:
Breeders who dedicate countless hours to raising exceptional Buckskin, Dun, Red Dun, Grulla, Dunalino, and Perlino horses.
Exhibitors who put in the training, conditioning, and preparation for ABRA-approved shows and our annual World Show.
Youth members who bring fresh enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and a bright future to our association.
Volunteers and leaders who work behind the scenes to grow ABRA programs, events, and opportunities.
Labor Day reminds us that the equine industry thrives because of the commitment of individuals and families who love horses and contribute to their care, training, and promotion. ABRA is grateful to every member for being part of our story and for helping us carry forward our mission of preserving and promoting the Buckskin horse.
This weekend, we wish you rest, joy, and time with your loved ones, two- and four-legged alike.
