ABRA World Show Stallion Showcase

The ABRA World Show Stallion Showcase is a premium promotional opportunity designed to spotlight ABRA-enrolled stallions during the ABRA World Show—both in person and online.

​

This showcase allows stallion owners to market their stallions through a centralized display area, rotating Jumbotron advertising in the main arena, and optional placement in the official ABRA World Show Program. Stallions do not need to be present at the World Show to participate.

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

What Is the ABRA World Show Stallion Showcase?

The ABRA World Show Stallion Showcase is a professionally managed promotional feature created to increase stallion visibility throughout the duration of the World Show.

 

Participating stallions are featured through:

  • A shared promotional display area for printed materials and swag

  • Rotating 30-second Jumbotron advertisements in the main arena

  • Exposure on the ABRA World Show live stream

  • Optional advertising opportunities in the official World Show Program

 

This feature enhances the World Show experience for exhibitors, spectators, and online viewers while providing stallion owners with a high-value marketing platform.

Each Stallion Showcase entry includes:

  • Space on the Stallion Showcase table for:

    • Flyers, brochures, and breeding contracts

    • Promotional swag

    • Stallion information materials

  • One 30-second rotating Jumbotron advertisement displayed:

    • In the main arena

    • On the ABRA World Show live stream

  • Optional banner displayed near the Stallion Showcase area

  • Opportunity to purchase additional stallion advertising in the official ABRA World Show Program (optional add-on)

 

Participation Details

  • Cost: $150 per stallion

  • Eligibility: Open to eligible ABRA stallion owners

  • Availability: Limited space; first-come, first-served

  • Stallion Presence Required: No

 

Material & Advertisement Submission Deadlines

To participate in the ABRA World Show Stallion Showcase, stallion owners must meet the following deadlines:

  • Promotional materials & banners:

    • Ship to the ABRA office by June 15, or

    • Deliver directly to the stalling office at the ABRA World Show

  • Jumbotron advertisement deadline: July 1

  • Stallion owners are responsible for all shipping costs

  • All materials must be clearly labeled with:

    • Stallion name

    • Owner name

    • Contact information

 

Location of the Stallion Showcase

The Stallion Showcase display will be located either on the upper concourse or near the show office, depending on facility layout and show logistics.
