The 2026 ABRA Annual Meeting will be held Sept. 17-20 at the Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa Midtown in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Open sessions are scheduled Sept. 18-19, giving American Buckskin Registry Association members an opportunity to hear committee reports, learn about proposed rule changes and stay informed about decisions affecting the association.

2026 ABRA Annual Meeting Open Sessions

ABRA members are invited to attend several open sessions during the 2026 ABRA Annual Meeting.

The first open session begins Friday, Sept. 18, at 8 a.m. and includes approval of past meeting minutes, the office report, treasurer's report and annual reports from ABRA committees.

Members can return at 1 p.m. for a session focused on World Show rule changes and Suggestion Box comments. The By-Laws & Rules Chair will also read the Rule Change Proposals and committee recommendations.

General Member Meeting Set for Saturday

A General Member Meeting will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, from 12:30-1 p.m. and is open to all ABRA members. During this meeting, members will be informed of the decisions and votes on rule change proposals.

Other portions of the annual meeting are reserved for the ABRA Board of Directors, including closed sessions involving rule change votes, officer elections, committee chair assignments and other association business.
