Tina Dawson

Hi, my name is Tina Dawson. I currently work for Mercy at home doing insurance authorizations for our patients. I was asked to be on the board of the Heart of America Buckskin club based out of Carthage, MO, in 2003. Since then, I have had several roles, President for many years, board member, and currently Treasurer.

During my years with HABHA, we have had to make many changes to keep the shows alive and pay the bills. I have managed the shows, worked in the ring, hired the workers/judges, dealt with conflict and success. While being an active member of the club, I have seen lots of changes and growth within ABRA and would like to serve on the board to continue seeing it move forward and promote our weekend shows. I want to be a voice for those clubs, plus youth and amateurs, as I am right there showing with you struggling to find shows with classes that have enough horses, so we might get a ROM or be listed on the national honor roll. My phone is always on. Let me be your voice at the meetings and moving forward with ABRA.
